We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dooney & Bourke purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for new, unused merchandise. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Label

  Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label; a $9.50 flat fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the return authorization slip inside the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
